The Chi Machine stimulates the body's natural bioelectric current or "chi" force. While lying down comfortably on your back and resting your feet on the machine, your body is gently swayed in a specific manner to relax the muscles, massage the internal organs and stimulate the circulatory system.
A traditional Chinese therapy used by many acupuncturists, Chinese cupping is designed to break up stagnant pools of blood responsible for muscle and joint pain or stiffness. Glass bowls or "cups" of various sizes are inverted onto problem areas, while a hand-held suction device is inserted through a hole in the bottom of the bowl.
